MantraMind

Privacy

Your practice stays yours.

The free counter stores today's count on your device and does not require an account. If you submit an email or a mantra, we store only what is needed to provide that service and to review the submission. The site records a small, first-party event log without cookies or IP addresses.

The free counter

The counter runs in your browser. Today's count, vow length, mantra label, and the small return-visit state are stored in local storage on your device. We do not upload your counter state from the site, and the counter needs no account.

Lead emails

When you submit an email for a checklist, App Store link, calculator result, or Android notification, we store the address, the source that explains why it was submitted, the optional vow context, and the time it was received in the leads table. We do not send automated email from this capture endpoint. Lead rows are retained while the request is active and are deleted when they are no longer needed for fulfillment or suppression.

When the same email arrives from a new surface, the separate lead_events table preserves that attribution event so one unique address does not erase the later source. Lead events are retained with the lead record and removed when the lead is removed.

First-party events

The events table records page path, event name, a small JSON property object, user agent, and timestamp for install clicks, counter milestones, form outcomes, and mantra views. It stores no IP address, cookie, account identifier, or cross-site identifier. Events are retained for 90 days for conversion review, then removed.

Mantra submissions

The mantra_submissions table stores the fields you send, including the source note, contributor name, email, review status, and a salted IP hash used only to enforce the three-submissions-per-hour limit. The raw IP is not stored. Pending submissions are retained until reviewed; published or rejected submissions are retained for the directory record or moderation history and then removed when no longer needed.

App accounts and sync

If you create an app account, MantraMind stores the information needed for sign-in, sync, account support, and voice quota metering. Practice data stays local first, with optional cloud sync and backup when you sign in. You can request account deletion or ask support questions about your data.

Voice detection

Voice detection is optional. Standard voice counting is processed on the device. If you choose AI-enhanced voice counting, short audio chunks are sent to the MantraMind backend for transcription and quota metering. Temporary files are removed after processing; the site does not use the microphone.
